RideBookie Ride Updates

Program Description

RideBookie Ride Updates are transactional text messages related to transportation bookings made through a transportation provider that uses RideBookie. Messages may include booking confirmations, ride reminders, ride changes, ride cancellations, driver-on-the-way updates, payment or invoice links, and secure booking detail links.

Opt-In

End users opt in by entering their mobile phone number on a RideBookie-powered booking page and checking an optional, unchecked checkbox labeled "Send me ride updates by text message" or substantially similar wording. SMS messages are sent only for transactional updates related to the booking or service relationship.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on booking activity. A typical booking may receive 1 to 5 messages, such as confirmation, reminder, change, cancellation, and driver-on-the-way updates.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of RideBookie Ride Updates at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
